Awesome knife, so so handle

Great all around utility knife. It particularly excels at slicing up tomatoes. I'm knocking a star off because I can't really seem to find a grip on the handle that I actually like for long prep sessions. Though that is probably a personal thing and everyone's hands are different so it may be perfect for someone else.

This knife feels good in my hand; it is light weight and very sharp. I have used this on many foods and am very happy with it.

Best knife in my kitchen

Looks very sharp

I've been afraid to use it. Even hesitant to pull it out of its package. I purchased it to be able to slice tomatoes very thin, but since then tomatoes are slicing satisfactorily with established knives.I like having this knife in reserve though. Some food can be hard to slice, and then I can end frustration by using this knife.I like that it's all metal and thus kosherable. An expensive knife should remain usable.

Love the serrated knife

I love it. I use it almost daily for bagels and rolls instead of the larger bread knife. I do recommend having this in your knife drawer.

If you need a quality serrated knife, this is the one.

I own many global knives and this is one of my favorites. Serrated blade knives are best for my uses and this one is the best of the best.
