Parfait.
Toto SERVICE does not live up to its products
I purchased a toto in-wall tank/toilet (WT173M). The products (in-wall tank, toilet fixture, wall buttons, toilet seat) all came in good condition quickly and with no issues. The rough installation was performed by the plumber but unfortunately, my plumber misplaced the parts needed for the final install of the wall mount toilet fixture. I called Toto to purchase replacement parts to be told that they do not sell parts and that I need to find them from one of the online retailers or in a store. I have emailed and called several vendors with no success. I made another call to Toto and received more vendors to call with no luck in getting the parts. I realize that the loss of the parts was not a Toto problem; however, the complete lack of support for one of their products does not make sense. I am more than willing to pay for the parts but cannot find anyone who sells these parts. I suggest purchasing a different product from build in hopes of getting a manufacturer who will support their product.

Superior to my previous Duravit
These tanks are a little tricky to install but really worth it. Saves about a foot of space in the room, and the floor beneath is easy to access and clean. I highly recommend

Love the wall hung toilet. Saves a lot of space and looks sleek and clean. Its performance has been great. We’ve used it for about three months now and are very satisfied. Highly recommend.
Small Bathroom?? Not anymore!
Our WWII home has a very small bathroom. We needed to reconfigure to allow more room while we age-in-place. The Toto in-wall toilet tank (and wall mount toilet) was the perfect solution. By adding a pocket door, and in-wall tank + toilet, we now have room for any future ADA compliant fixtures, and plenty of egress/ingress space.
Space Saver, Quality Built
Installed this in a small powder room we carved off of an oversized bathroom. Saved 7 inches compared to a conventional toilet, which was enough to keep the door from swinging into the bowl.
This is the second Toto in wall unit I’ve had installed in my house - the first one has been installed for over a year and we’ve had no problems whatsoever. So when getting ready for the next bathroom remodel I purchased another one. We are in the middle of the remodel but so far a clean and easy installation. It was packaged well and arrived pretty fast.
