Wonderful file cabinet
I bought this used and couldn't be more pleased. I like the safety feature that will only allow one drawer to open at a time. The drawers roll out smoothly. I love the pull out shelf. And, if you lose the keys HON will replace them for a minimal $7. I know many places are using less paper, but a locking cabinet with deep drawers can be used for more than paper files.

Bad QC - Dented products
I ordered two of these at the same time, and one was badly damaged when they were shipped to the local delivery company. So, the delivery company requested a replacement. After a few weeks they received and delivered the filing cabinets. Both had dents in the top drawer that weren't visable until the packaging was removed. We were able to push out the dents, and make it work for what we needed. Also, the two filing cabinets were different heights even though they were ordered together.
Horrible
The filing cabinet was delivered to us all dented in the front, unusable! We returned.
