How can I initiate a return request through Joss & Main?
Returns must be initiated online through the Joss & Main website. You'll be responsible for shipping and delivery fees unless returning a damaged product.
How long until Joss & Main refunds my item?
The refund process may take up to five business days after Joss & Main receives your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except for PayPal purchases where the refund timing to your account cannot be guaranteed.

Textures add depth and interest. They can influence how colors appear and change the look and feel of a space throughout the day, especially in response to lighting.
How can I use different textures in my home?
Textures add dimension and interest. Mixing various textures, like a soft rug with a smooth, metallic surface, can enhance the room's aesthetic appeal.
What should I consider about my windows when decorating?
Consider both interior and exterior views, aligning window dressings with your home's style. Be mindful of their appearance at different times.
What are some strategies for picking interior colors?
Consider playing with color wheel strategies like analogous or complementary colors. Also, use artwork as inspiration for a cohesive color scheme.
What's the best approach to mixing patterns in decor?
Start with patterns on large items like rugs or curtains. Mix organic shapes with geometric ones, and use a common color to tie them together for a cohesive look.
