Most damaged or defective items can be returned for an exact replacement if a claim is made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted for returns.

Items must be in new and unused condition, returned with all original packaging and accessories, and shipped back fully insured using a trackable shipping method. Returns must also include a return authorization number provided by Sundial Home.
Are there any fees associated with returns?
Yes, a return shipping fee of $1.75 per pound and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund under certain conditions, such as unauthorized delivery refusals or items that do not fit through the door.
Which items are not eligible for returns?
