Paint chips off after 4 weeks of installation

I recently installed this product with no issue; however, after 4 weeks (and used only two times) I noticed that the paint under the handle has all but chipped away. The price for this is way too high given that the paint faints away so quickly and without reason. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I just want to say it’s a beautiful piece. I had a hard time to find it and also I do want to say that I found that at Home Depot but it wasn’t at the moment. Just wait a couple days and I definitely got it.

Great set up, and really like that this style is coming around with the tub spout style and being able to set items on it like soap bars or shower gels/shampoo bottles and having a shower wand as well is great for those who only have a bath tub. There’s instructions and all the tools needed are included except no plumbers tape in this set. Durable and feels like it will hold up well for years to come. The only issue I foresee as I have had this happen is for anyone whose installing the manifold double and triple check the shut offs on the manifold before closing up as this style I’ve noticed has a higher potential to leak. Great looking product!

Customer service is great. I needed a part to be customized to allow the shower handle to be installed and the company custom made the piece for me. They were responsive throughout the process reaching out anytime they had questions. I would highly recommend this companies products.
