I love this faucet! The black was very hard to find and this one was perfect and the design is great. It was the best value for the money. The faucet was easy to install my husband did it with no problems. Love it!!!

faucet, this one is not only gorgeous but very solidly constructed. It looks and feels heavy and expensive. I love it! Although the hoses were too big for my connecting hoses, customer service was very responsive to my concern and quickly helped me resolve the issue. Great faucet and attentive customer service...what more could you ask for? Buy it! You won't be disappointed!

I haven’t used it yet but our plumbers installed it in our new home. He informed me that the piece itself will be wobbly but that’s because it’s long. They did have to cut out part of our living room ceiling to bolt it to the floor. The plumber did mention that the hose piece will drip so I will have to hang it over the tub to dry. I’m exciting to use it! Very beautiful piece!

I rarely submit reviews but feel compelled to give this product and the company credit it deserves. Ordered this faucet as part of my remodel and wasn’t really sure if it’s good quality since it’s quite bit less expensive than the once I see in local stores. To my surprise, the faucet come in a very well packaged box and every component is well made. It comes with decent installation instructions and easy to follow. It feel rock solid and very sturdy.

We redid our master bath and had been looking all over for a tub filler. I had ordered one that was back ordered, and the contractor was ready to install. I took a look and found this tub filler which had great reviews. The swivel head, look of the filler matched our fixtures perfectly. It's as if we bought them all from the same place! It's beautiful, and I absolutely love how the water comes out of the faucet. I didn't personally install it, but the contractor was happy with the ease of installation. BTW, this perfect tub filler was a quarter of the cost of most and 1/2 what I spent on a back order!

I recently purchased this tub filler for my bathroom remodel. It looks beautiful! My contractor was able to installed it in short amount of time. After he installed it, there was a problem with the water flow. I contacted the seller/customer service right away. She was very patient and explained to me what could have caused the problem and provided me with a solution. Great product and customer service!!

Faucet is easy to install. It is very heavy and appears to be built well Supply lines are shorter than I would like and I couldn't find a replacement. I called the company and someone answered on the 1st ring. They were very helpful and I was able to order the length I need. Great customer service.
