[Rewarded Review] Clear Reflection Silver 11.2 x 10.4 Mosaic Tile
We used Clear Reflection Silver 11.2 x 10.4 Mosaic Tile to decorate the center post in our recreation room. The pictures do not show how striking it looks. The tiles are small rectangle glass mirrors that would look great in decorative art projects, as accent mirrors with other tiles, or bigger projects. The options are basically unlimited for these beautiful tiles.
[Rewarded Review] Not ideal for shower niche
The glass tile shipped had broken end pieces. The tile themselves are complete mirror style. In the initial pictures we thought it they were a more flat cloudy look, but these are a true mirror style. The long rectangles allow for maximum coverage, but getting to the sides and corners would pose a difficult problem with how these tiles cut. I would not recommend this style for a short niche, based on the length of each piece. The tile might look nice as an accent line down the middle of the shower.
[Rewarded Review] These tiles are beautiful multi-taskers!
These interlocking mosaic clear tiles are beautiful, and when it says "clear reflection silver," that means literally clear mirror, as it is a stunning mirror tile, not a clear glass type of tile, so do not be misled into believing these are see-through tiles. They are beautiful mirror tiles that would look fantastic in a modern loft, contemporary home, or other decor that needs a giant pop of glam or knock-your-socks-off feature to really showcase a room that is otherwise minimalistic or maybe even simple on purpose. However, living in a farmhouse for real, built in the early 1900s, and being a crafter, I sought to do something totally different with these gorgeous tiles: I just took a sheet of tiles, separated each tile, and then did what I do best: crafted with them. See photo for a layout of all the tiles. If you're wondering if the tiles adhere well to the mesh, I can promise you they do; I had to soak them in mild dish detergent and warm water for an hour, rinse gently, and then pry each tile gently off the mesh backing by hand, but they lifted off with no problem or damage. Then I went to work with a bottle of mosaic tile adhesive and "built" 5 rectangles (consisting of 4 tiles glued back to back, see photo) with a length of beading string glued down the center. When dry, I hung them at random lengths through 5 holes I drilled at the top of an arched frame, and now I have a glam frame for my grandmother's 1935 wedding photo (see photo). Then I took another frame and simply used the adhesive to place random lengths of tile around the frame to make that plain frame a little more interesting so that I could add to the grouping of wedding pictures (see photo). And I've started another project's first step by painting the glass top of the tiles with a "sea glass" color chalk paint (see photo). It took only one coat, and yet the effect, in my opinion, is amazing. I believe these mesh tiles would look incredible on any wall as a backsplash, etc., as intended, but for me, the possibilities are endless when it comes to DIY projects; in fact, I may not come out of my craft room till Christmas! Highly recommend these, obviously.
[Rewarded Review] Glass tile sheets that impress
I installed the mirrored glass tile as a backsplash in my basement bar area. There are 10 tiles in a box which were plenty for my backsplash area of approximately 6ft. The tile sheets are easy to work with. I used a wet saw for cutting the tile and the glass pieces cut smoothly with no broken or wasted pieces. The glass is surprisingly very strong. The only negative was cleaning the grout off the mirror tile took a long time. I expected this. After all - it's a mirror. The finished look is amazing. I am impressed and completely satisfied with the modern look. I'm sure to receive many compliments.
[Rewarded Review] Mosaic Garden Totem Sparkle
Used in mosaic garden totem pole with stained glass pansies and other doo-dads. This tile is perfectly cut mirrors, perfect for your mosaic artist's needs. Used regular glass cutting tools to cut to the length I needed as well as wheeled nippers and running pliers. Will be used again in future mosaic projects. I can see this being in a swanky restaurant bathroom as an accent wall. Also behind liquor bottles at a fancy bar in the same joint. Easy to work with, easy to cut. Great tile.
[Rewarded Review] Absolutely beautiful
This reflection wall tile / backsplash is absolutely gorgeous. It will really dress up our second bathroom once we can install it after the new vanity is finished. It is easy to work with and the reflection as of this is simply stunning. My wife is also going to incorporate this in some of her crafting and furniture repurposing. It will definitely make a statement when installed over a plain old tabletop. I’m sure we wil find even more uses for this reflection tile as we go along. Very heavy duty and a high product and we could not be happier.
[Rewarded Review] Stunning Mirror Tiles
The Clear reflection Silver (mirror) mosaic tiles are quite striking. I thought they would not be as shiny, but of course being mirrored, what did I expect? They are modern with a flare of uniqueness. These would be good as an accent area at a coffee/tea bar in home, on a table top, or in a bookcase backsplash. I can think of many uses for these tiles. Although, not the purpose I intended as a backsplash behind my oven. I will find a great use for these and I know they will be great. I am impressed with them and the packing job.
