Great shower system

This has been an awful experience. First fixture arrived damaged with a broken valve. Replacement fixture was sent with another broken valve. New Valve piece finally received and went to install unit to find another piece damaged. Reported it to Wayfair to have them tell me they cannot process a claim because the item is over 30 days.

Absolute junk. paint peeled off the cold water tap. Should never sway from mainstream faucets like Moen, Kohler, Delta etc.

Just what we were looking for! Can’t wait to install it.

It’s been working great for a couple of months. My plumber had no issue installing it at all and it looks expensive and beautiful.

It looks amazing and seems to function well. It's a bear to install at an accurate projection so that the trim is not gapped from the tile. Use all the tools at your disposal including best educated guess on float and tile finished thickness. Supplies are angled, not straight so can't be adjusted without changing the spread which doesn't work with the trim. Limited instructions. My contractor and I did a lot of brainstorming. Good luck.
