Garbage!!!!

I recieved with no hardware. Emailed and they stated that it would take another month to order and receive the bolts to put it together. After already waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive. Unhappy is an understatement. Dont waste your money

Great quality, challenge to put together

My kids love it! Putting it together was extremely difficult and there were no instructions - used videos and photos to figure it out. Best to have 2-3 people to help.

It wasn\'t easy to put together. It required lots of hands. But once we got it put together, it was great. My kids play on it every day. They love it.

This is way better than I ever expected!

we were recently at my nephews bday and he had a climbing dome in the backyard that my kids had so much fun climbing on. I decided to surprise them with one of their own. When this box came I couldn’t believe that is was SO heavy! I couldn’t even roll it to the yard I had to get a hand truck. After opening the box I realized I hadn’t bought the same one he had…his was maybe 4ft wide and all plastic. This one is so much larger and the made out of super durable metal. The assembly was tricky but I was able to do this by myself although I really should have waited for my husband to get home. I was so blown away by how durable this is and it was fairly easy to assemble. The swing is so relaxing and it’s nice bc we put it low to the ground and the baby can use it too!

Challenge to assemble, but well worth it. My grandkids love it.

Great size, looks very sturdy

It took a while to build and I had to call in all my family to build it, but once it’s done it looks sturdy. My daughter loved it.

Our daughter loved this new addition to her indoor at area! It did take both my husband and I to assemble, but well worth it!

Absolutely Fantastic

I highly recommend this product for anyone who has kids who love to climb! Assembly is definitely required and better if there's two people to assemble as it has some tricky moments and you need to really pay attention to the directions, but once it's all set up it is a fabulous climber for my two boys who are 6 and 7!

Bad instructions

It was a huge pain to put together but the kids love it. It's nice and sturdy. The instructions seemed like they were for a slightly different model than we had so we ended up looking at pictures to figure it out.

This is the coolest thing it goes so well in our backyard. We got it for our girl for her 6 year old bday!!!Very sturdy, it was was put together rather quickly but it does take at least two people.shopping was fast

Fantastic

My kids (5 and 3) absolutely love this! It is very sturdy and a great value. Two adults were definitely needed for construction and it would have been nice if the manual was in color. But we can hardly keep my kids off it. We did not put the swing on as it would just get in the way of them swinging on the bars by their hands.

Best outdoor play purchase!

This is by far the best outdoor play purchase we’ve ever made. It will last for many years and get tons of use. The box is extremely heavy. You’ll need a dolly or another adult to help move it. I watched the assembly video made by lifetime on YouTube about a dozen times before even beginning to assemble it, just to understand how everything was going to go together. I took the time to inventory all the parts before I started assembly. Everything is labeled super clearly. For assembly, I didn’t use the written instructions at all; I only used the lifetime YouTube video. I used a power driver with a deep 1/2” socket instead of a socket wrench. I believe that made things move along a lot faster. Although it says you need two people, I was able to use a couple of bar height patio chairs as my “other person”. While it’s doable with one person, I think having a second one to help would make things go a little quicker. In total, assembly took me 2 hours starting from after I got the parts organized to finish. The video makes everything so clear, I never once had to back up or redo a step. I highly recommend this climber if you’re looking for something durable and versatile for outdoor play for a variety of ages. Go ahead and order it! You won’t regret it!

Good Product, Poor Instructions

I would have given this product a 4 or 5 start had the instructions been clear. Simply putting a color image of the jungle gym would have made the installation easier. We figured it out after viewing a picture. Wasted an hour and a half learning how to install. Takes two people for sure.
