Base very flimsy and poor soldering

Found on sale. Easy to assemble. Concern about poor manufacturing due to break in soldering after less than month of use.

Nice set up and lights..minor issue

Umbrella spins at connecting point and can fray the rope until it breaks. Need to implement something to keep it from spinning in the breeze.

Absolutely terrible

This shouldn't even get one star. This umbrella's legs are so small that weights barely have a place to sit on top. As a result, any slight movement (cranking the umbrella open, for example) cause the entire unit to fall to the ground. Save your time and money and don't buy this awful excuse for a patio umbrella.

Cheaply made, LEDS DIDN'T WORK RIGHT OUT OF BOX

BOUGHT TWO FOR EACH END OF OUR PATIO , THE LEDS WORKED FOR ONE NIGHT ON ONE UMBRELLA AND NEVER WORKED ON THE OTHER.

May buy again depending on how long it lasts

The umbrella and solar lights are great but the windup up and down mechanism is a little loose and tends to not hold in place at all times.

The umberella portion blows with the wind. I'm not sure it's supposed to. If it's wndy it gets pretty rocky. I also feel we over paid as now it's on sale.

Save your money

The idea of an overhead umbrella without the center pole is a great idea. The design of this one, not so much.

Poorly made but does the job

Base is rusting after two seasons. The locking mechanism slips. The LEDs are a harsh white so we never use them even when we want to Plus, the umbrella gets closed at night so not sure what the point is.

Very cheaply made.

Not durable what's so ever blows over even with recommend weights and is rusting at the bottom only had it for one month.Very cheaply made I regret this purchase.

Nothing holds the weights to the base.

Since nothing holds the weighs to the base (they just sit on the 1' flanges) a bit of wind can shake it loose, and knock it over and break it.

Umbrella pulley broke immediately after setting up. Will be returning.

Erin set me up with a Commercial Account and came to my house to set up the umbrella. She was extremely professional and courteous, I was extremely pleased with her customer service skills. In todays environment I do not enjoy most retail experiences, but because of her service, I plan on coming in a lot more.

Worth every penny

First time I bought this same umbrella was eight years ago. That one started tearing, I liked it so much that I decided to replace it with same new umbrella. Seven years later the lights on the umbrella still work.

I am disappointed in this purchase. The umbrella is way too heave for its stand. I have to weigh it down in order to use it. It is not easily moved around either. Would not buy again or recommend to anyone else.
