why the warranty not cover the material issue!

I got a gift from my sisters, a " 5qt" pot. After a few months used, the bottom got some black spots. I am scared to use it any more. It is material quality issue, but I cannot get support from the team.

Best pans ever

Best stainless cookware ever. Cooks better than coated cookware and cleans as easily as coated. The pan temperature is so even. I’ll never regret trading my coated pans for these. The price is worth their value and quality.

Amazing set of pots and pans!

I have had this set since Christmas and LOVE IT! I gave away all my nonstick stuff and I had ordered this set from Amazon on a Black Friday special but as of the week before Christmas Amazon hadn't shipped it and I couldn't get them to tell me the status of the order.

Disappointing Purchase

Purchasing this high-end set of cookware was supposed to be a treat after 34 years of using a standard set. I am very disappointed. I followed the directions carefully and the cookware immediately showed stains and little specks inside where the surface may be compromised (I was not using the dishwasher). It isn't easy to keep clean. After 3 months, the bolt that holds the handle onto the lid fell off. On the positive side, I love that the heat is evenly distributed and the food cooks evenly.

Wonderful set and great customer service

I had originally ordered a D3 set which was unable to be filled. James and customer service was able to work with me to change to the D5 set in a very fair arrangement. The set itself is great and cooks beautifully. I appreciate Williams Sonoma standing behind their products!

Not good

Stained instantly, hard to clean. Overpriced and product is not as advertised. My cheap old set of pots and pans were much better
