I decided to sell my home so don't need this tent on my deck so how to I return it

Do not buy.

Poor quality. First time putting up a part broke and can not get company to respond to my complaint.

We love this canopy!

We love this canopy! It is nice and tall, even on the lowest setting. I'm 5'6" and of average strength and I can set-up and take-down by myself. Of course it's much easier with 2 people, but I can manage it alone with a little extra work. We've only used it a few times, but each time it has held up as advertised and done the job. The 10x10 canopy provides plenty of shade and the addition of a curtain-type sunshield on one side really keeps you out of the sun. We are very satisfied with our purchase!

Pop up

Super easy set up however we live in a state with BARLEY any weather and the tent legs bent and buckled under minimal wind so it probably would not be the best in an area with lots of wind/rain.

One of the best purchases that I’ve ever made. Super Easy setup/install, looks great, Heavy Duty Frame. Couldn’t ask for anything better.!!!!!!!

Perfect and easy to put up!

This canopy was perfect for us! We loved how easy it was to put up and take down. It even comes with a carrying case to put it in when you’re done to keep it nice and neat for storing.

the only concern was the delivery, it was left at bottom of my mailbox, it should have been left at top of driveway at the garage door.

Put it up for my grandson birthday left it up one night next day found it bent.Had to throw it away.

Not Worthwhile

I have a 11 12' grass area next to my patio that is closed in on three sides by a 6' privacy fence, it is set up as a childs paradise, I purchased this thinking it would provide protection from the sun and rain. The first time it rained ( not a storm) I realized that the tent was not built well enough to withstand the rain,as I began to lower it several of the pieces began braking in half. It looks very nice however the frame is of poor quality. Dealing with customer service is along the lines of arguing with an adolescent. The hassle is not worth the time or frustration. I decided to eat the cost and through the frame into the dumpster. Lesson learned, check the reviews thoroughly for the product as well as the company that provides it.

Again bought this for my brother's backyard wedding as sun shade. easy to install!

When added coverage/shade/protection is needed

We bought this to help with the need of having coverage/shade/overhead protection for many different occasions with our kids/grandkids. We look forward to it's easy to carry bag system and being able to use it in our backyard or at the beach for family gatherings.

The canopy came very well packed. Comes with a bag making it very easy to carry around. Can be setup in under 2 minutes. Good to have 3 people for setup but were able to set it up with 2 people. Folds back very compactly and goes back in the bag for easy carrying.

Moved from AK to WA and was not even a little bit prepared for the sun. We do not have any covered seating outside, and this provides a quick, easy and PORTABLE solution when we need a covered area outside.
