The product exceeded my expectations. The only challenge was the difficulty in fully understanding the instructions. Although it costs more, the instructions should include black-and-white photos or more detailed line drawings to better understand the assembly steps.

Thanks to my local H.D. employees,who will remain namesless...but initials are M and K. They both thought outside the box and cared when Domi didn't, (I did get a response 10 days later),but M and K solved mt bent parts issueby then.

Beware of Domi customer service

Picked up pergola box and unboxing it,and surprise! 2 bent structural square tubes were bent. Domi Outdoor living Does Not have a phone number ANYWHERE,on the web or the instruction manual. That's not good. Everything is thru email,that's not good either.
