I bought a replacement bulb and installed it. About 5 minutes later it blew and was completely black inside. I used gloves to install it because it's halogen. I took it back to the store about 30 minutes later and showed them the replacement and the first one. The replacement was black and the first one wasn't.

Feit (100-Watt Halogen Light Bulb Works Great

This is the second Feit Halogen bulb I've purchased over the years for my patio Spot Lights. The last bulb survived 6 years of service lighting up at low light every night and going bright when motion was sensed. I would definitely recommend this product. Must mention that I use surgical type gloves to install the bulb because you don't want your body oils to touch the glass.

100w electric security light bulb

Have used this brand nearing 10 years in our double motion detector light fixtures around the home. Total of 10 fixtures and 20 bulbs. Replaced the first bulb last week and yesterday the second bulb went dark. Pretty check security and piece of mind for nearly 10 years of service.

I have a motion sensor light on the back of the house facing our woods. I noticed the light was getting dimmer and took one of the bulbs out and went to Lowe’s to get a new one. They had exactly what I needed.

Hope this light bulb works longer than the bulb for this flood light, which was only for a couple of months.

Bright White, easy to install.

Bright White, easy to install. Just make sure you don't put it in with your fingers on the glass. Body oils will create a hot spot and burn the bulb out quicker.
