Returned Product

Not as advertised. In hopes someone else does not have the same experience i did, I would rate it a ZERO. However the website would not allow me to leave a review without leaving a STAR. Hope they improved not only their customer service skills but also needs to improve their business, especially through Wal-Mart.

Great umbrella for the price

Color is just what I was looking for and it is easy to crank up and down. My only concern is that the crank handle is plastic, wish it was metal.

Fading color fabric

Would have been great but the fabric faded in the sun very quickly and we had to purchase a different design. It was unflattering in the yard.

Beautiful quality & EASY crank

Had been looking all summer for a reduced price on a high quality crank & tilt umbrella & this is it. Really beautiful fabric & an EASY crank up & down. I'm 5'1" and can reach the crank easily (some have been too high for me to reach). The tilt button is too high for me tho unless I use a step stool, but it too is easy for me to handle.

So far, so good

Packed and shipped well. And had within a week. Quality looks good. Color (I got the green) is rich and as expected. Am hoping it doesn't fade quickly, like my previous one did. (Different brand/vendor) So far am very happy with it.

Nice quality and great color - orange is fun!

Great fabric - nice umbrella for the price. Tilt is manual but operates easily. I bought 3 for a large outdoor area and they look great! So happy we ordered them.

Below average.

The umbrella came with a cracked cap and the material is very thin, almost see through. It also is not completely waterproof.

Broke in 1 day

I liked the color - rich orange. But the quality of the pole and fabric was poor 2 spindles broke within 1 day of putting it up. Don't waste your time on this purchase. It cost me *** to return too.

The umbrella showed very nicely however with time the grey poll faded on one of the umbrellas that I purchased.

I was worried about buying a blue umbrella because of fading from the sun and rain but this has held up better than I expected. It gives my backyard a nice pop of color.
