I thought I was ordering the shutters on picture but I received a different set & I returned to store.

Very poor quality. Extremely ruff cut. Some were cracked. Had to glue them since I was in a time crunch as a contractor was scheduled to hang them.

I’ve purchased these shutters many times over for several of the houses that I redo and stage and these cedar shutters just look fabulous. They are easy to install and add a nice texture to any home.

We were disappointed that there were only two boards across,...

We were disappointed that there were only two boards across, went all the pictures showed three boards. And further research, we did see where the description listed two boards but it was very unclear the way it was listed unless you were looking for it. We would have much preferred three boards instead of two. The craftmanship and the shutters themselves were wonderful!

Not what I expected

The pictures online show the style I ordered to be all the same color and look finished. I was epecting to do a clear stain on them and the hang them. The product I recieved had boards of different colors, look used and have very rough edges that need to be sanded. The amount of money spent on this product was not worth it.

We are very happy with the purchase. The overall quality of materials and workmanship is top notch. We had a concern when first seeing the shutters because they didn’t match the photo in the description. It shows three boards across, the same as our old plastic shutters. Luckily, when we held them up to our house, they looked 100% better with the two boards. The rough sawn look held up great under paint, and we really couldn’t be happier with the product.

I love the look of the shutters, but they came...

I love the look of the shutters, but they came with footprints all over both sides of them. I tried washing them off with soap and water and using a hand sanding tool but I was afraid to sand too much and change the rough look of the shutter. Overall, I’m disappointed in the quality of the product based on the price.

Easy install appear to be good quality great looks adds great curb appeal.

Very well done. Nice quality. Everything is very satisfactory. However, it think it probably took 20 minutes to make them and it took well over a month to get them. I like them, so I put up with the long delivery time. I would hope that in the future they might get the wait time down some.
