this angel food cake pan is a heavy duty , well made cake pan. easy to clean if instructions followed. I do wish it was slightly bigger, sometimes the batter rises quite a bit. I am looking forward to many years of use.

Not real pleased with this cake pan, it does stick. I’ll keep it because I don’t make that many angle food cakes. ☹️

Very sturdy! Made a perfect apple cake!

I am not as happy with this as I expected. I got it quite some time ago but only used it recently to make Jewish Apple Cakes. The height is great as they never extend past the top but the center insert is not a tight fit and some batter leaks under it and caused it to stick firmly to the outer pan. If this didn't happen, I'd give it a 5 star rating.
