Heavy duty stainless steel

This wok is excellent - thick, heavy steel that makes for an easy and healthy cooking experience. For those afraid of stainless steel (over the ever-popular non-stick) - fear not! Heat your pan thoroughly and add oil once hot, and you won't have to deal with food sticking at all. This is high capacity and I look forward to cooking meal prep in this piece. Clean it after each use and it should last decades - highly recommend for someone looking to make the switch or add a new stainless piece to their collection. High Quality Wok

The wok feels very high quality, definitely not lightweight. It heats up very quickly. Sturdy and easy to clean

I was nervous about switching to stainless steel but I don't want to expose my family to nonstick chemicals and my old nonstick was starting to peel off. I was worried about sticking but with the right heat and oil this wok is amazing. It feels very sturdy and heavy and I can see this wok lasting a very long time. Solid construction

This wok feels solid. It heats evenly and makes cooking a breeze. I was worried about cooking with stainless steel and having the food stick. Using the right heat and oil it was a breeze.
