The unit has worked according to expectations so far. The supplemental heat has not been used yet, so I can't comment on that. I did have to deal with shipping/damage issues a few times, but Home Depot did solve the problem.
I live in a small studio apartment 380 ft square. the keystone air conditioner/heater does not cover the entire apartment. the advertisement said that it would cover 550 ft square. the kitchen and bathroom are still hot. I'm very disappointed. the only time it really feels cold in my apartment is after the sun goes down

Lowest heat setting was 62 degrees. Would have preferred lower to save electricity.

You won't ship me a replacement I must wait 10-15 days for a refund before trying to repurchase again. This process is going to make living an Florida very difficult for a senior citizen.

totally commercial quality priced for consumers. This is my 2nd one of these heating is quick and strong no matter how cold it is.
AC works great! Easy to install.
It’s very complex to use. You have to use the remote control to many times so you get the temperature you want. I’m not trust it. Also very heavy to return and I pay for installation. I’m feeling sad. I’m really need help with it.
It is ok. I should have bougth the 15000 btu. other than that is ok.
