Bad product bad Customer service!
Ordered two as gifts for Christmas. I have a little girl so I order ered online to save time. They both arrived used and broken! I was so disgusted and angry. I called cs and they said bring it back to the store (during holiday season) only to be told I can't bring it back to any store bc they don't have it in stock. I was so upset bc I actually went to two stores, the first store was in midtown and I couldn't find parking. So I went to a different one. A very big waste of time and I was still needing two presents. Thank goodness the box was beat up or I would have never opened it and would have never seen that BROOKSTONE sent me used broken products.
Horrible quality, nothing like picture
I ordered this for a christmas present. The quality is nothing like the picture. All around the sides of the board it is a sticker that looks like "wood". The sticker was peeling off everywhere and had bubbles all around. The edges of the game on the bottom were cut very roughly and pieces of pressed plywood flaking off everywhere. very disappointed.
