We received our 10x12 pergola right on time. It took 2 people to put it up. It was an all day project, fairly easy. First off, after sorting the pieces and building the frame we realized this was not the right pergola, we were sent the wrong style. Was a bit disappointed, no way though we were going to take apart what we already did a send it back. There was one problem with a corner bracket three screws go in and this one did not line up at all like the other three corners. We were able to make it work with two screws. All in all it turned out nice. I will mention I called customer service because a few days later the pergola went on sale and wanted an adjustment. I was supposed to receive a call back and that never happened. I buy a lot from overstock over the last few years and have loved everything. Customer service department needs work.

#1 I'll start by saying I ordered the 10 x 12V because it was pictured with a nicer trim and roof.... It got delivered and my brother put it together before I got home. They definitely sent the 10 x 12H but it took him 4 hours to assemble and I don't have the patience to try to return it. It was easy to assemble (per my brother). I'm just disappointed I didn't get what was pictured when I picked the V version.
