A Good Buy

Love this birdhouse. It is made with Red Cedar wood which will last longer than regular wood. It has an easy cleanout so it can be cleaned each season. It's definitely a Good Buy!

Looks sturdy and well-built

Looks sturdy and well-built. I added horizontal kerf cuts inside the front panel below the round opening so that baby bluebirds could climb out (this was recommended by the Audubon Society). I mounted the house on a pole in my backyard. Now I am waiting to see if bluebirds drop in.

Solid Constructions, Well Made

Blue bird houses

I was originally given one of your bluebird houses as a gift, and within a half hour of putting it up, it was occupied. I’ve purchased several more for this coming spring. They are well-made easy to hang and easy to clean.

Great bird houses for the money!

These blue bird houses are great. I do recommend staining the outside of these with an oil base or water base very opaque stain with some linseed oil added and they will last many years beyond not doing so. I use a darker red stain that has both oil and water base and add about half a cup of linseed per gallon.

I bought 2. One had 2 small areas that I glued. I was disappointed that the front opened from the bottom instead of from the top. The boxes are very sturdy. The Audio on logo is impressive. The directions are well written.

This is a nicely built birdhouse. It is well constructed. It’s the perfect size for blue birds! You can paint it, stain it or leave it as is and let it weather naturally. I can’t wait to put it up and see the birds that will nest in it. It also has a front opening for easy clean up once the birds are done using it.

My dad purchased one of these (from a different vendor) umpteen years ago. He hever cleaned ot out over those years and then carpenter bees nested in it. so I purchased this bird house just like the old one, but with a quick cleanout front.
