baked on cheese solution

This pizza pan works great! I didn't want non-stick, but I found that the best solution for baked-on cheese is to lightly oil the edges before baking the pizza. I don't have to soak the pan and scrub like mad to get the dried cheese off. Fits my 12" toaster oven. I still have to heat a skillet to crisp the bottom of the pizza after cutting.

Truly a 12" Pan

Finally a 12" pizza pan that is really 12" and fits in my toaster oven. I only used it once - to re-heat a couple of slices of cold pizza. Some of the cheese melted onto the pan, which scared me a little because I couldn't wash it off while it was still hot 7 soft. But it was great to see that the crusty cheese easily came off the with a sponge and hot water. (I only gave it 4 of 5 stars because I haven't used it enough to give it 5 stars.)

So far its great, The description of the pans never said what they were made out of. My guess is aluminum. They might turn dull in the dishwasher.

This is great!! I am sorry I didn't buy two. It is well made and works perfect with a 12" pizza. Also fits in my Toaster Oven!!!!!

use this pan at home, product is good commercial quality, cleans well, could use deeper edge lip
