Bad patch job

This shelf seems like it will work well. We will use it for shoes by the door in the garageIt is solid. The price was right. My one complaint is that the corner panel looks like it was patched sloppily with a pale paint to cover wood blemishes. I need a new panel please? Is this possible? Just send me that one corner beam (stick) please? Thanks(See pics circled in red)

The assembly was a little questionable, as the wood pieces seem pretty loosely held together and many splintered as a result of being screwed in. Still, sturdy enough for shoes and definitely adequate based on the price and photos!

Do not recommend

the wood is pretty and thin clean and lite. however, screws weren't with the product and i had to contact the a third party company who contacts the manufacturer to resolve issues and not Walmart because they don't handle certain issues regarding the products. The only way to contact is by the website through an email. This company handles lots of other manufacturers too. i sent my email was told i would be contacted in 24-48 hrs. I was kinda irritated but ok. i never heard back and couldn't even Google the third party for a phone number so i chose to go to get a refund from Walmart submitted my request was told the steps etc. i get to customer service and They tell me i can't get a refund because the box has been opened!!!i show them my correspondence with Walmart online etc. they refused to give me a refund. product is good but the manufacturer, third party people and Walmart all sucked on their parts in this. i gave one star only because I had to. Less

worth the headache

love this rack, looks like pic and relatively sturdy. only issue was when i put it together. just make sure to pay attention to little details when assembling it. that way you dont repeat my mistake and assemble it backwards and have to then disassemble and then reassemble correctly. well worth the money highly recommend

Rickety, splinters, tilts. Not very strong, shoes fall through. Pay a little more for a bamboo one you can feel in person for sturdiness, is my rec'mdn

good enough but upside down!

Good enough for my garage. My only complaint is that the pre-drilled holes line up such that this whole stack is upside down.

Cheap junk, way overpriced.Dont waste you money.

Cheap, flimsy junk.Ordered these by mistake, thought I was ordering something similar I bought previously.Didnt look at photos closely.Unfinshed bamboo, looks like balsa wood. This seller has nerve selling these for $40 dollars. They aren't worth $10

The items are weak and brittle. Some were broken upon opening so we returned the item. Poor quality.

Directions were not clear, wood is very weak. I could hear the wood split as I was screwing so not sure how long it will last

Junk

Total junk instructions are far from clear shares you the pieces, the screws, etc. but really gives no clear directions on how to truly put it together. Nothing seems to really match up I do not recommend this at all for anyone.

I used to have a clutter of boots and shoes all over the entry. Don’t know why when this is so easy to assemble and holds all the shoes. Great for drying out wet ones too.

Get what you paid for

While this is fine now that it’s put together. It was not an easy task putting it together. The pre drilled holes were lacking. Some of the spots the wood spit.

Sturdy, but required actual assembly.

This item required some assembly. The shelves were together, but the sides and back needed to be assembled. Wasn’t a big deal but if you were thinking, it was an easy put -ogether. It may take you 15 to 20 minutes.
