Items missing

Missing items and it took almost month to get the pieces, and costumer service not helpful. Sound quality over phone was horrible.

Missing part and no customer service/support

I have been unable to use so cannot comment on its features. There was a part missing and I have contacted Customer Service for Westinghouse but have received no response or help. I would return the oven but the return date has already passed. My fault for waiting too long to assemble. As I will have to pay additional money to source my own replacement part, I cannot recommend this or any Westinghouse product due to their unresponsiveness and lack of support.

Best Pizza Ever

Works great, use a blow torch to start the pellets and then keep it going. Amazing pizza, wood smoke flavor.

Ooni Knock off - No Class

Do yourself a huge favor and buy from the engineers of the original product at ooni. This company just stole the design and created a cheap version.

Missing Items

When opened it looked like it was repackaged. Unit had scratches and was missing items. Tried contacting the manufacturer with no response. Looks like a solid unit but company does not respond.
