The flush side of the assembly has a thin piece...
The flush side of the assembly has a thin piece of stainless steel welded on the back. This gives it the look that it is milled out of a single block of stainless. However, it makes it so it does not fit flush against the door. Looks like it’s not installed correctly. Should just be milled properly.

Well designed and made. Extremely easy to install. For each set, mark and drill drill 2 holes, mate inner and outer pieces, screw in bolt with supplied hex wrench, done. Be sure to get vertical alignment perfect, as the length of these handles will reveal even a 1 or 2 degree amount off vertical.

We ordered a single and a double set. Love the look! The double set was missing all of the mounting hardware. Be sure to open boxes b4 leaving the store.
