Much Nicer Than I Anticipated!

Not a one person job. If you have a handy guy around, you will be fine. The color is a very dark espresso brown. The curtains and netting are brown and tan. Yes, one of my posts was dented, but it did not effect anything and it is mostly covered by the netting/fabric. It has not rained yet, so I do not know if it will leak, but I do not see anywhere it would leak. Overall, this is a VERY nice gazebo. It is very large. It is very sturdy. It really is beautiful! FYI, not using center posts.

Extremely Satisfied with this Gazebo!

Purchased this based on price and Home Depot as the vendor. Many heavy boxes but they all arrived in good shape. Decided to go with a paver base so took some time to build out the paver patio. Ran power up through the structure to provide lighting. Build was time consuming but the quality of the connections and fitment was well designed. I am a mechanical engineer so I understand tolerancing and this was well designed and manufactured. The only challenge was at the last step when installing the bird baffles I needed to adjust the hole sizing to fit the fastener spacing. A slight inconvenience but nothing too challenging. Overall EXTREMELY SATISFIED with this purchase.

Not satisfied

Overall I am not satisfied with the gazebo quality or the customer service support. We were missing some screws, contacting customer service is a hassle they keep pushing us back week after week of responding back and forth. The gazebo itself is not that great. It leaks in places. Semi decent quality. There is quite a few imperfections, also a dent on one of the main posts. Overall it could be much better for the price.

Great Gazebo!

Easy to build, great to hang out in! The price was spot on. The only problem is the zippers, a slight wind comes along and the zippers open and the zipper heads come off and can t be found. I can t find any where to replacement zipper heads.

It's not perfect but what a great addition to my home

I bought the 12x20 Wood Grain look. I love how it looks and the quality of the materials is great. It is very sturdy. Although there were some stuff that has some dent because of the shipping but it was not a big deal for me as I was able to mend it easily. The screens at the top were glued together but it held up the screens well with no problem. It is not an easy job to assemble it but it's way better than buying and cutting wood and building it yourself. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

The Kiosk does not come as advertised, it was missing 4 supports

I received all packages within a timely matter. When I contacted emory about arrival, they were very helpful. When assembling, the only time I needed help was when assembling frame and roof supports. The roof panels pre drilled holes don't always line up. I had to drill a few holes. The clips that you put on roof panels frequently come off when installing panels. Overall, we love this addition to our home. This is a beautiful piece for the price. I would advise anyone to purchase. Thanks emory.

Packages were delivered in timely manner. Assembly is very tough for one man. I am very happy with the product. It is a nice addition to yard.

There was some issues with shipping confusion as I received 1 of the boxes ahead and the tracking information was lacking, but all turned out well. I received my full order, and the product came without damage from shipping, and all the parts appear to be here. Excited to get this built.

I love this, it totally changed the feel of my deck. It's now my favorite room in the house!! It took a while to put it together. My husband was impressed with the engineering of it.

Good value for money. Excellent delivery service. It was quite difficult to assemble. When the Gazebo is done, it is very sturdy and attractive.

Love the final product, but took 2 skilled carpenters 2 days to install. They said the roof was hard to put together. Everything had to be precise, but the parts are not made precisely, but overall, I'm very pleased thus far. Seems very sturdy. Good price!

Nothing but good things to say about this product. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were a few quirks along the way. Most of the parts were labeled, and the instructions were relatively easy to follow. This is a beautiful structure! It fits perfectly on my deck.

This gazebo is much better than what I was expecting. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that a few pieces were damaged and I had to "repair".

Took a few days with just me and my husband putting it together, but the directions were pretty easy to follow. Get yourself a good drill, and it goes pretty quickly. I simply love love love it!
