This is the cutest stool. It is just the right size. I got it for my cat to use to get onto the sofa easier and it does the job. It is a lot nicer and high quality than I expected and is very ornate. What a nice piece.

A perfect little footstool

This is a perfect height in that it does what a footstool need to do. It cushions my feet and makes my antique chair into a comfortable lounger. And it's small enough to slide under my antique Eastlake chair in between the legs, when I'm not using it. I was going to recover it to match the fabric of the chair, but the whimsical bird pattern is reminiscent of 19th century prints... and the color, just a bit grey-green, blends in well with my eclectic collection of furniture and art.

What the Heck is That Smell ???

Positive: The footstool came on time and in good condition. It's well made and attention to detail was obvious. Negative: This footstool smells terrible. I think it's either the material or the filling. It is in the garage because the chemical smell stings your eyes and the house is filled with a strong chemical petroleum-like smell. I will have to remove the cover and redo it if I'm going to keep it in the house. Expensive item to use in the garage. :(

Nicely packaged to ship. Looks just like the picture. Fabric durable. Nice workmanship, but wish it had been larger and heavier. I bought it as a kneeler and fear it can't hold me. I am petite in height and weight, but it's under surface does not have a solid piece of plywood, like my other older kneeler. Wish I could take it apart and add that, but it has all those upholstery nails around it and the job would be intensive.

I LOVE it. just the right size, color is great, I have the beige cover. A bit small, but works well where I have it, and can be tucked under the table when not in use. Thumbs up!

First off, it's cute and will serve it's purpose. Fabric is much brighter than the colour shown. Colour shown is a Sage and the colour of the fabric is like New Grass. It's bordering on almost too bright, but I can live with it. Stool is very light, so I understand some of the other complaints about that. It's well padded on the top and a decent size. I like it, but the colour was a bit of a let-down.

This footstool is absolutely charming and beautiful. The wood is beautifully detailed and solid. I love the material with the birds on it. I am very happy with my footstool. I love the size it is perfect for me to put my feet on, it helps because I am short and most chairs do not fit the vertically challenged.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and it hurts my feet to be on the floor when sitting. This little footstool is the perfect height and size. It also tucks easily under my coffee table. The design is lovely and the quality is great.

Really like this little stool for the looks and size. It is a nice height, as it lets you rest your feet lower (higher stools always seem to make my knees feel over-extended.) The fabric is not top-notch, although I like the print. Looks like it would soil easily; I cover mine with a dish towel except when guests are over.

I really love this footstool it works great for me to put my feet up on. It is just the right height for what I wanted and it fits under my table where I wanted to put it.

This footstool is smaller than I thought but still works with a smaller scale chair. The green is brighter than the photo indicates and the birds are centered appropriately. The upholstery tacks and finished legs add an upscale feel to the piece.

disappointed with burlap quality material had to add support to sturdy material base if ever used as a step stool built well

Beautiful, subtle bird print, cool green color. I love this little stool. It helps my elderly, arthritic cat get up to the sofa too.
