no like
says they can handle 100 lbs, but using spring or quick release clamps feels very unsafe. turning them vertical with 35 lbs on 1 side and tight fitting clamps, the weights slid off. for bicep curls they're ok, but to load them up for chest press, no way. I'll be returning them and buying new screw clamp handles- much safer.
