Did not fit 15' foot trampoline

I have a 15' trampoline with 10 poles. When reading the reviews on the 15' net, I saw that it did not fit their trampoline so I decided to order one foot bigger to give myself a little extra space. This was still too small. I could get it around 8 poles, but it wouldn't stretch enough to make it fully around. The description says that it fits multiple poles, but it does not place the holes for the top caps evenly so even when I got it on the poles, it didn't line up correctly.

Great Product

Very happy with the product, but not happy with the vendor it came from (Upper Bounce / KSH Brands) The pole caps were missing on my original order, and after an email to upper bounce they sent the pole caps to me with no hassle. A month later I received a customs brokerage invoice for the missing pole caps as they were shipped across the border from NY. 3 months later and I still can’t get the vendor to pay the customs invoice which only occurred because there was missing parts from my original order.

Replacement Enclosure Net was a perfect fit. Grandsons enjoying trampoline safely. Previous net lasted 6 years. Would recommend this product if you are looking for Upper Bounce Replacement Enclosure Net.

Love this enclosure net! Quality stitching on seams, easy zipper that works well, and it looks fantastic and adds an extra layer of protection for my kids when they play on the trampoline.

I had had a hard time finding a replacement net that would work with my 16 foot trampoline with 8 poles. This one worked great and was much easier to set up than my last one from a different company. The pole caps were missing from the box, but I emailed Upper Bounce and they sent them right away.

The materials appear of good quality, would have given a much higher rating; but it is too small for my 15 foot trampoline. I think it would be fine for 13/14 foot trampolines but it cuts into jumping space at the top and cannot not get it to fit properly no matter what we try.

Good Safety Net

The safety net seems to be good quality although I do not like the tie strings. I have a 16 foot round trampoline but this was the best I could find. I will have to modify the tops of the posts to receive the tie strings.

Great product

Exactly as described, came with all hardware and adaptable to different trampoline styles. Also came much faster than anticipated which was a bonus. My kids love their trampoline and this ensures they can use it safely.
