The holes on the legs were too big for the screws they provided so I couldn't event put the trampoline together

The mesh resistance is not very strong at all. My sons almost hit the ground when jumping hard on it and it wrinkles up when their feet leave the mesh and they are in the air.

We had to end up returning it because of dimensions. It was shorter than we thought but that was our fault for not checking beforehand. The company let us send it back and sent a full refund and I really appreciated it!

We put this together Christmas Eve, with no problems for a Christmas gift. Kids LOVED it! Safe and fun for everyone!

Not good quality

The Springs elongated, which made the black tarp not bouncy , now I have to buy more durable ones. The basketball hoop is flimsy, and rope to tie down the net keeps coming undone. Hoping I can fix these issues so I don’t have to buy another one.

I AM A 82 YEARS OLD GRANDMA SENDING MY GRANDKIDS A TRAMPOLIN, AND THEY HAVE MY ADDRESS AS A DELIVERING ADDRESS. MY GRANDKIDS LIVE IN TENESSEE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! VERY CLEARLY I ADDED THEIR ADDRESS AND THEY SAVED IT. SO THEY SAID. FOR THIS REASON IT MUST BE CANCELED INMEDIATELLY!!

Kids love it! Took a bit to set it up best if you have 2 people they should figure out something better about securing the net down cause all they give you is multiple small strings to secure it to the base but other than that all I can say is if you are getting a basketball goal on the trampoline they should also supply the ball and they don’t so make sure to get one!

I purchased a 14 foot trampoline with basketball hoop and safety enclosure net!! It was delivered and the box is damaged and ripped in multiple places! Today I found a spring where the delivery truck stopped to deliver it! I sent the seller a message and they never responded! This is unacceptable!!

Good size for slender teens

The instructions are not very clear. I had to watch a couple of YouTube videos to accomplish the task. It took about 2 hours to put together due to some mistakes we made and had to restart.

Great trampoline

My children have been asking for something fun to do this summer and I knew getting them. This trampoline was the best choice. It is 14 feet high and it comes with a basketball net so now they can really make those dunk shots. The trampoline is very safe and secure, especially with the net that surrounds it to prevent them from falling out. I also like the UV protection it provides when you’re outside in the hot sun. This trampoline has everything we are looking for.

My daughter a Level 3-4 Gymnast needed a trampoline for practicing front flips apart from playing along with her friends. The 10ft trampoline works like a charm. It is big, very bouncy and she loves it. It is value for money since it's half the cost compared to other trampolines in the market. Also, her other friends who are around 10-13 years of age also enjoy it. Kids go for it. You will love it :-). Like every big trampoline, it would be good to have the second person during the assembly when you are putting the last pipe as you would need someone to hold at the other end. Also, while putting the trampoline base, make sure you tie opposite springs and keep tying opposite springs. The Photo that comes along with the trampoline says it all.
