Great, I love it

I just got this and made my 1st cup of coffee and it made a really nice cuppa coffee. I read some of the other reviews just now that say that there were coffee grinds in their coffee but that's probably because they weren't grinding their coffee with the proper grind. It needs to be ground of course grind for a French press which I believe is number nine which is the one that I tell The place where I buy my coffee to grind the coffee for a French press grind number nine. There were no coffee grinds in my coffee.

Small but mighty

I've had this braiser for 2 years and while I absolutely love it - and it looks just as beautiful today as it wa the day I got it - the size is a hair too small to be your every day pan depending on how many you are feeding. Just another excuse to get another beautiful LC piece though! I particularly love the color of this dish and its smaller size helps it to perfectly double as a dish for both cooking and serving. I do recommend getting or having a trivet because you will definitely want to go from oven to table w this beauty!
