The powder-coated brackets, while very well packed, were each chipped when I removed them from the box. Returned them to our closest HD, which was the best part of the transaction.

These brackets look great for the rustic theme I am using and feel extremely solid. Some came in damaged and they replaced them quickly.

These brackets are perfect. I replaced ugly wood ones with these. Getting the old ones off was not easy but installing these was a breeze.

Strong, well made, but too heavy for my purpose

Lowe's delivered these brackets promptly to my house, well packaged. They are extremely strong, weighing approximately 3 pounds each, and would be perfect for an application such as a heavy fireplace mantle. The only reason they are not five star is that the screw holes are too small to take full advantage of the strength of the bracket, but the holes could be drilled out larger. Note, a drill press with a constant feed is recommended for drilling stainless steel because it work-hardens while cutting, so if the drill bit slides without cutting, the surface may become too hard for the drill.

These are a little high especially when buying 8. However they add a lot of character and elegance to your cedar. In my opinion. Very happy with them. We bought the 12 inch ones. Very happy with the turn out.

Sturdy

A good, heavy weight bracket . I used to hang a staghorn fern outside. The finish seems up to the elements but could be easily painted if needed. This was the best price I could find.

These brackets are heavy duty but easy to install. A definite upgrade over the brackets that were there before
