HE MAKES ME SMILE. I LOVE LOVE IT
I actually bought 2 originally because I loved it so much but I decided to give one to a neighbor. The one I kept was in the front of the house too close to where the rain overflowed the gutter and it lost a little color from the hat - SO I BOUGHT THIS NEW ONE FOR A SPARE and hopefully my new house someday. I look at him and he makes me smile. I really really love this SMILING GNOME and the READING A BOOK GNOME which I also have. I am just so pleased I was able to buy a spare again.
Material is too thin and brittle.
Not too keen on the material used to make this particular gnome. Our first minor hailstorm (soft pea size) and the hat got a hole in it.

Needed a hostess gift for my husband's cousin who had invited me to spend a week at her California retirement home! She literally has 'everything'!!
