It holds water in the chambers and you can’t fully dry it out, customer service is no help .. I have the warranty and I’m getting blown off

The quality of the slide is excellent, just like the ones we usually pay to rent. It took 15 minutes to set up and it was just as easy to take down. My 6, 9, 13, 15 and 21 year old were all using it with no issues. Extremely happy we decided to purchase this!

Fun for a wide range of kids and even adults. Thick commercial quality. We put a lilypad underneath for a softer landing and had to buy a big outside storage bin because it doesnt fit into bag after used.

Water slide

Awesome slide. Grandkids were over the moon. Very good quality. Easy , easy setup!

My child just about lost a toe sliding down this slide. When going down the slide the toe went under a plastic overlay where a seam is located. Sliced open foot when this plastic overlay went between the toes as my child slid down almost taking off the toe. Not sure if this is a defect on my slide or if this overlay is on all slides Be cautious!!

Whole family loves this. We have a water day at least twice a month and have family and friends over and sit this up with another one and bounce house!

Waterslide

The kids loved it. Pretty big size and big enough for my older kids. The only thing after the first use the color faded and started to smear. Look as if I had it for while.

It leaked instantly into the inside from the top. We had to have our 5-year-old climb in with a towel to try to dry it out. Like 10 towels it took. We purchased three commercial bounce houses/slides from this company. This one is the only issue so far.

I ordered a different slide but it was out of stock, customer service contacted me and we got this slide ordered. Delivered within days. Great product and everyone has really enjoyed it.

Came with hole in it and Wayfair wants me to deal with manufacture not with them but I paid Wayfair don’t buy nothing from Wayfair or JumpOrange both are trash

Love the slide!It’s easy to use. Please be aware that it says 16ft. but 5ft. is the net and palm trees. The actual slide is around 12’ ft. Great for little kids but not teen and adults. They fit but it’s not a big slide.
