Windows all blow

If could give a zero star I would!Original purchase had to be replaced under the warranty. And now has the same issue. All windows leak then within hours blow out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Bestway is now impossible to reach,they are the one's responsible for replacing.Was told at the start of Covid they were out of stock. Well now still not been contacted,

Worse purchase ever !!

Worst product I ever purchased ! Seams were bad never got more than 1 1/2 " of water in before it was leaking out as fast as it was going in ! Gave one star becauae that was the only way I could fill this section out ! Not Happy with this product , bought before a holiday weekend , my son was not happy when we relaized how bad it was leaking and neither was I !! Not a cheap purchase so I expected some decent quality !!! It looked nice but didn't function how it should !

Worse pool ever

I bought the Coleman 18'×48" brand new only to find pump doesnt work. Many calls made waiting time no less than 30 mins each. 2 days I find out my claim was accepted only to be told I have to wait another week before it ships out because it goes through another company. Come to find out there have been over 400 customers that have reported Coleman / Bestway manufacturer in this year alone. I asked about reimbursing me on the pool chemicals I'm having to add just to keep it safe they skirt me off to asking the store for it when it's their defective pump that causing me to add more chemicals!! It's not worth it!! I had swimming pools alot but this by far is the worst company and product I've ever purchased

LEAKY JUNK POOL

Worst pool ever!! Hard to assemble. Window started leaking after being up 3 weeks with NO activity! I am 45

This pool should be recalled. Not even 1 year and windows started leaking, we managed to fix but didn't last 2nd year. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, you'll regret it. Pay more for a steel pool it'll last longer. I usually don't leave reviews but this people need to know about this pool and you get no help from company. The pool pump is garbage too we had to replace that in 1st year as well.

Poor quality windows

It will fail. Not the seams, the actual windows will split. I took mine down and stored it properly over the winter. It failed in multiple locations near the end of the second season. After the first leak, I attempted a crude fix. It worked for a day until a second window split, then a third and I gave up.

Trash Pool

Would be 0 star if I was allowed. The Windows tire and the liner bacame brittle. The pump is worthless and the pump return lines are trash, rotted in one summer. We bought this last year used for one summer and the frame was rusting within 1 month. I stored the pool in my garage for the winter and set it up in May. The began to degrade exactly 1 year after purchase. Customer support is a joke. I filled the pool 3 times after each fix. Now I'm out the price of the pool, chemicals, and the water. Do not buy.

Waste of Money!

This pool is junk. shortly as in a few days the windows began leaking first 1 then 2 now all windows are leaking. Do Not purchase I repeat Do NOT purchase it's a waste of money. I know 3 others that have the same problem.save yourself the time and money and avoid this pool.

Good and bad - what can you expect for the price

We bought this June last year for our 3 kids instead of going to a public pool. The pump stinks - I'll start with that. I bought a better one for $85 online. No problems last summer. Easy to put together with a husband that is good with leveling ground. Easy to hook up once the water delivery guy came to show me. Makes perfect sense once you see how everything works. Closed it up for the winter and then opened it for this summer. About 6-8 weeks in, had a hole spring around the window. No surprise - that was a worry for me when we bought it and others have complained about it. I bought some Gorilla Glue waterproof tape - awesome!! Works under water! Now, with all the pressure and us still swimming, I have had to add more and more tape. BUT, it has got us to the end of August so I'm happy for the $12 I spent on the tape. Here soon I will drain it to under the windows to close it down, and I will try to properly fix it. We will cross our fingers for next summer and hope it will hold. If not, we got 2 summers out of it. But do try the Gorilla glue waterproof tape -available in most stores and online - it might get you more time.
