The product is nice but the ring on the bottom was not centered so as you turn it, it wobbles. The faster the turn, the faster the wobble.

Shattered in a million pieces

I ordered this and it arrived broken into pieces. Shards of broken stoneware falling out. I called and it was reordered. They didn't refund the $4.95 surcharge for the "oversized shipping" I had to open a claim. The ordered it for me and today, I went to retrieve it from my doorstep. I didn't even open the box. I could already heard the shattered remnants in the box. Took it right back to the store and let them open it for the return. nd again, they were unable to refund the $4.95 oversized shipping surcharge. Looks like I will be fighting for both charges to be refunded when I get my callback, I ordered other pieces from this brand and they were fine. This particular one, the shipping warehouse just cannot get it right,.

Lazy Susan piece was cheap and did not spin easily but the ceramic pieces were nice

I buyed this on-line and I thought it was small but is big enough for a party. The plates are separate and you're put it together so is easy to handle. And the best part that I saw is where the plates go on, the piece of board it can roll out. It's really awesome.
