Horrible packaging. Dont waste your money

I ordered this item back in October. It's been sitting in original packaging until my painter could put me on his schedule. Today I opened my canvas wanting to hang it and ended up with a piece of trash. I talked with customer service 3 weeks ago. They said they were sending a return tag along with a new canvas to replace the damaged one. Still waiting for that to happen......

Simple piece of art
