Tile colors vary between boxes

Disappointing! Very noticeable color variations among the boxes of tiles I was shipped. Some much lighter than others. I was careful to check the orientation of the tiles as I laid them so that was not the problem. I bought an extra box to check and it also did not match the others. As a result I have a patchwork floor.

Great product! Better than advertised.

When you first pull these out of the box you might think you have been ripped off. You can almost see thru the tiles. BUT, DON"T WORRY! They are great! I was able to install them in a 20 X 20 ft room in one afternoon. Cutting them is sooooo easy. And, the best part is that my basement is now warm for the first time in 13 years. I even use the new floor for working out on as it is warm enough now. I am very, very happy with this product! I tried installing some lightly used, industrial tile carpet a few months ago and it was brutal. The installation took days and the cutting was a workout.

Hides blistering paint

Excellent product, used these indoor outdoor carpet tiles to cover a deck that had blistering paint. The product went down well and looks fantastic

Worst purchase ever

Worst item I have ever purchased online. The 'glue' backing wouldn't stick at all. The carpeting itself is paper thin. I tried to call the local HD but they said it was bought online, so they couldnt help me as they didnt know where it came from.

As expected

Very light weight and easy to install. The adhesive is not super sticky so they are easy to reposition and remove to switch out as needed - this, however, makes it easy for the tiles to shift during install so care must be taken. Arrows on the back make it almost impossible to get the installation wrong

Very very lightweight tiles.

These are VERY VERY lightweight, thin tiles. The colour is lovely, they installed easily. You need to rent a 75 pound roller to ensure that the adhesive really sticks down well. We installed them in a three season room, the thickness of the tiles is a concern as to the longevity of the product as this is a very high traffic room. Will update our review in a years time as to how well they stand up to Manitoba weather and temperatures.

If you order multiple boxes, make sure to check each for color accuracy before beginning to put the tiles down.

Great for lanai

Instead of replacing the indoor/outdoor carpet on my lanai with rolled carpet as I have done twice previously, I decided to try carpet tiles. Delivered to the house and so much easier to install. No need to have a friend with truck pickup and then help carry and maneuver on lanai. Also much easier to trim an individual piece with scissors than crawling around with a carpet knife. The pieces adhered well to the painted concrete floor. Yes the pieces are lightweight and kind of see through, but look fine once on the floor. It feels no different underfoot than the rolled carpet. When a section gets ruined from rain or dogs, I have left over pieces that I can replace with instead of the whole carpet. Only time will tell how well the carpet tiles hold up. While I wouldn't put these in my house, they are a good choice for the lanai.

Good choice for fast & easy carpet install

We bought these to replace old carpeting in my mother's room. She's a wheelchair/walker user, so time will tell how long they hold up with that kind of traffic.

I wish I had replaced my carpet sooner! These carpet tiles were so easy to install and look fabulous. I replaced the carpet on my front porch with these indoor/outdoor carpet tiles and couldn't be happier. The carpet itself is very durable, it looks great. I completed the whole room in one evening and it was a very affordable option. What I like best is, if you do get a stain or damage a square, you just pull it up and put down a new one, you don't have to replace the entire carpet. Great for high traffic areas.

Good price, relatively easy to install, like the color- doesn't hold up well to high traffic

Purchased carpet tiles for an office. Was looking for something that my office mate and I could install by ourselves that was affordable. I really liked the color, price, ability to install, and the interest created through the checkerboard pattern. Overall, I think the installation was not bad. It did take longer than I had anticipated, but what diy project doesn't. The look was wonderful and created exactly what we were going for. However, I will say that relatively quickly the tiles have begun to fray and fuzz in the higher traffic areas. The spots in front of chairs and the sofa started to look worn within a month and I am now considering an area rug to conceal the wear. I still like the look of the tiles, but would probably choose a different product for high use spaces. I am therefore marking that I would recommend this product with the caveat that it be in a space that does get much foot traffic.

These carpet tiles seem to be flimsy and cheap cheap cheap when they are in the delivery box (and even some of the edges were a little bent?), but that was all just the way they looked in the box. Once I got them out and began to lay them over the ugliest woodgrain peel-and-stick dollar store tile laid in the master bedroom of my house, I realized they were beginning to look great.
