Backyard Pizza Makers Friend
Novice pizza maker with a new pizza oven. This was the only pan I could find with a short lip to help the dough slide off of it onto the pizza peel.
This fits perfectly front-to-back in our toaster oven, allowing us maximum space for cooking things in small quantities. I barely use my oven now that I have this. Great for french fries, personal pizza, reheating crispy restaurant leftovers, etc.
This was my first time ordering the eleven inch American Metalcraft Wide Rim Pizza Pan and the Webstaurant reputation continues to impress me. This larger version is no joke and will not disappoint. It felt solid, with very little give, and exactly what I was looking for and I will order additional sizes soon and do recommend for any kitchen. They are built to last.
