Good quality linen shade. White is subtle and not overly bright. I needed a bigger shade than the one that came with the lamp base. A bigger shade gave the lamp a much higher end look. I highly recommend.

This is an over-sized drum shade and I needed 2 to replace the ones that I did not like because they were dark and blocked too much light. These are excellent quality and exactly as described. One thing found most helpful was that the photos showing the color of the shade included one showing them on lit lamps in a dark room. Perfect my needs - no guesswork! The price point is also exceptional for a fabric shade of this quality. The rolled edge is a nice plus. Even my husband noticed them! Oh - and well packaged, arrived safely, and shipping was free. Pretty darn great!

The shade is lovely; the person ordering it,however, has to be impaired as I used the wrong measurements. SO VERY SORRY to have to return it BUT WILL REORDER AS SOON AS VERIFY CORRECT MEASUREMENTS! MeaCulpa!

Ordered 2 of these drum shades in color: ivory. The color is perfect! The reason for the 4 stars is in regards to packaging & shipping. Each shade was shipped in a separate box that did not arrive on the same day. There was simply a plastic bag over each shade before being placed in the box and no padding, etc. around it which led to one of them being damaged as one of the boxes appeared to have been crushed on the sides. Fortunately I was able to remove most of the crease and turn the shade so as not to have it facing the room. I am confident that Wayfair would have replaced it, but I could not be bothered. Wayfair may want to contact the retailer and advise them to package their delicate items with a little more care.

Photos made it look significantly lighter than the true shade. I tried to return it, but the return shipping cost was FedEx's retail price of $22 for a ~$60 shade. I was frustrated because I'm sure they get at least an 80% discount from the retail rack rates, so it's frustrating to have them profit off me being dissatisfied with their photo taking.

This is a high-quality lampshade. I'm not thrilled with the color (linen ivory). The middle part of the shade is a little darker than I was expecting, but the very top and bottom parts are very brown, which doesn't look good with my black lamp. So watch your color choice!
