Good sized dish

Wish they were deeper rather than wider but they do the job for our ceviche dish in our restaurant

I really like this pan/dish and purchased additional pieces for future use as its rare to find compact steel pans that are reasonably priced. I do not use non-sticks and aluminium for cooking. This is not a pan with multi-plied base or heavy bottom so I don't think it is meant for prolonged cooking. It is single sheet stainless steel pan that heats up fast. I have used on glass top stove for shallow frying and sauteing in small quantities, esp. when recipes require multiple things to be prepped separately, and I am very happy it.
