Extremely bright

The light over my kitchen sink that died, this one looked almost identical, so that's what I got. I do like that it has 3 different warmth settings - you basically have fluorescent, a little warmer and then warm. Great, right? Except that each setting is like having the Eye of Sauron in my kitchen. I know it's dimmable, but that's if you have it hooked up to a dimmer switch, which I do not. Who thinks to install a dimmer for a sink light? My husband actually loves it, but I'm sensitive to light and don't want to have to put on sunglasses to do the dishes. It's about 4x brighter than the previous light we had even though they looked very similar. I'm going to look into putting tinted film on it so this way I'm not having my corneas blasted with the equivalent of high beams. If they're going to make it dimmable, they should have put the dimmer on the light itself as a dial or something. If it were up to me, I'd either return this or have a dimmer switch put in, but it's already installed and I don't want to make this a whole thing.

Nice wired Cabinet light

It was not that hard to install. I have new cabinets and installed the lights to be able to call for my final electrical inspection. The lights are switched by a switch in the wall but since they have their own switch on each light I can turn them off individually on the light itself. I like the color/temperature switch as well. I mounted a small electrical box on the top corner of 2 upper cabinets and ran Romex down to each light from the box. Each box is tied together by Romex and it also goes into the wall to the light switch.

Bright and functional lights

I installed 4 of these in our kitchen remodel. The three color choices were nice and the brightness was perfect. Installation was a little tough but not impossible. It took a lot of strength to snap the light bar into the frame. Definitely would buy again and recommend.
