Quality was not what I expected from Sauder. A few minor scratches on finish. A few pieces were not labeled. It was not worth the time and money to return once it was all together.

Great home office piece

sturdy, great looking filing cabinet that compliments my home office. went together fairly easy but delighted with end product and drawers hold a lot of files with room on top for my printer! LOVE

Very nice for the price

Assembled in an afternoon. No issues with parts or finish. Modern look and feel on a budget price. Holds more files than expected. I purchased rubber feet for the legs so it wouldn't scratch our hard floor.

Perfect size filing cabinet yet looks like a nice piece of furniture. Took some grunts to put together but well worth it in the end. Great price too!

Very nicefile cabinet except covering the scratch and knicks

I do like this piece of furniture. It's solid and will hold a lot. The only disappointment was after my husband got it all together, I was looking at it and there was a fair size scratch and several knicks in the finish on the top.

Heavy piece, but appealing finish

It is nice and I find good value for the price. I struggled to get the doors to sit flush on the front at first. Some pieces werent labelled but it was easy to tell the right items and where they fit. Easy enough to assemble but took 1 person 2 hours.

I bought this file cabinet for my home use. It is well built and very sturdy. It took about 2 hours to put together. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand.

Very sturdy and nice looking

I like the style and the color of this file cabinet. It looks more like regular furniture then office furniture. Very happy in all. There was a minor scratch on the front of it, but it is hardly noticeable.

Attractive and functional filing cabinet

The product is well designed and comes with a clear set of instructions for assembly. Wood veneers are attractively finished, and internal mechanisms for the filing system are also well designed for hanging legal or letter size files. According to the instructions for assembly, each drawer holds 30 lbs, for a maximum of 60 lbs. I am using this system to pull together personal and professional files and have found this to be more than adequate.

The cabinet was very pretty, but moved it once and it fell apart. I was highly disappointed, as it was not repairable.

I love the look and functionality. It is sturdy and works as advertised. It is a good looking piece of furniture. Time consuming to put together but worth it.

This file cabinet was just what I needed

I spent a while online trying to find a lateral file cabinet that would fit my room arrangement and work with existing furniture pieces. I was very happy to find this piece (and a matching end table) which are simple, stylish and perfectly match the finish of my other furniture. Both pieces required assembly and the included instructions are well done, clear, concise and extremely easy to follow. We are very satisfied with our purchase!

Would never buy from this manufacturer again. File cabinet drawers do not fit properly and lower drawer binds and barely is able to open. I followed each direction step carefully and ended up with a file cabinet that I can’t even use.
