I can’t say whether it was the product manufacturer or Lowe’s, obviously, but the sets we purchased did not have rods with them in the boxes. It was just the rollers. Either the photos here are wrong or quality control was a fail.

Excellent product!!

Can open and close a 450 lb. door with one finger. These trolleys exceeded my expectations for smooth operation and strength. Good to the point of overkill. Hard to go wrong with a Stanley product! Thank you.
