I received the chairs one seat was broken in half and there was a terrible chemical smell to them!

Difficult assembly!!

They’re nice, BUT the assembly is terrible. Bolts stripped trying to screw in, Allen wrench VERY difficult to fit in bolt head. Instructions not that helpful. How about labeling the parts? Sorry but I wouldn’t buy again.

All damaged

I absolutely love the color and design of these chairs but all three packages, 6 chairs total were ALL damaged. How disappointing

Absolutely love these stools!! Made with high quality materials and look incredible at my farmhouse country chic kitchen island! I love the design and comfort! So happy with this purchase!

Looks nice in the pictures, poor quality overall

The quality does not match how it looks or was described online. These chairs are very cheaply made. I am very disappointed in the quality overall. These chairs could have been wonderful. They are hard to assemble (especially the pieces called "sretcher"). The chairs are not stained evenly, you can see the difference in the type/quality of wood used on the back rest where the design is-- it's like plywood and it's very rough, like it wasn't sanded. While taking out of the box and assembling, we got several splinters. The chairs were nicked up and cracked in many places. Plus one of the chairs (out of 8 we purchased) was entirely defective. I really wanted to love these chairs, but I feel we spent too much money on such substandard wood and quality.
