Super hard to build

I love the look of these chairs, but assembling them was impossible. Holes were misaligned…screws were impossible to put in… I gave up halfway through the first chair. Definitely a return for me. Overall quality felt like it was lacking.

[Rewarded Review] Damaged chair

I purchased this set and one of the chairs arrived with 2 large cracks. I spoke with CS and the only options provided were to return the chairs and pay a 15% restocking fee or they would only give me 47 dollars. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. This is the last time I'll make a purchase at JCP. The quality has gone downhill.

disappointing

I'm constantly having to tighten the screws on the legs and the seat as it started to fall apart after a month.

Great Quality

These chairs were decently easy to assemble and feel of great quality. The seat cushion is comfortable and the curvature for your back to rest on is also comfy. Great quality for the price of 2 chairs. Our table is made of acacia wood for wood color reference.

Poor Quality control - Manufacturing Defect

I ordered these chair. I noticed that the chair backrest had manufacturing defects. This defect should have been caught before the chairs were shipped. Walmart want me to box these chairs and send them back. Walmart won't send me a bigger box or let me drop these at Walmart store. I have to fit all the parts in the box and send them back to Walmart. Since they come in set of 2 I will have to disassemble the second chair and send it back. Also FedEx will not pick this up from my place. Not worth the hassle.

SCRATCHES - USED - POOR QUALITY

This is really frustrating. We put them together and all of them were scratched and looked like used. When I decided to return in 2 days I didn’t get my full refund because I used the cash rewards that they gave me for purchase these chairs. I didn’t return these chairs because I didn’t like them, I did return them because they were used and scratched all over. Total waste of time effort and money.

Sturdy, stylish chairs.

I like them. Overall, quite stylish chairs for the money. One chair had a small amount of damage on the backside. Chair pads could be more padded but OK for shorter periods of sitting. There is a small hex tool included for assembly that was slow and difficult to use, so I used my own tool where I could. Did step 1 of assembly, inserting the crossbar during step 2 before all screws were tightened. Easier that way.

These chairs are very hard to assemble and the material is fabric not vinyl so it may stain if you get food on it. Also, not that comfortable. They do look great and are sturdy.
