The lid is too big and doesn’t work

Great for outside storage.
They are metal cans with lids and they keep rodents out of whatever you have in them. I use them for storage in my garage.
Poor manufacturing or poor staff choices
Really wanted to like this, we bought it for yard waste but the lid doesn't fit which renders it useless for our needs. I called the store about getting a proper lid and they wanted me to drive 45 minutes back to the store with both the lid and the container to get the right lid. Time is money and I don't have it for this.

There’s a dent in the lid and the lid that I ordered with the can have a handle on top of it. This one does not have a handle, so why did you get my order wrong?

Possum proof
Lid fits tightly enough to keep our obese possum and a very agile raccoon out of the dog food.
Sturdy
Really like the fact other critters can’t get into the seeds in a metal closed container as opposed to a plastic one. This is our 5th Behrens cans we use for bird seeds storage. We’ve been switching all to metal.

It’s a trash can. It’s solidly made and shiny. If you plan to use bags, it’s hard to find a size the fits. If you want a handle on top to lift the cover, this doesn’t have one.

Great for feed storage
Purchased a few of these to store livestock feed. These galvanized steel trash cans are a great storage solution to keep the rodents out. So far, they are pretty good.
