Absolutely gorgeous! Everyone remarks on how beautiful the pot is. The neutral color will complement any environment.

We really love the natural stone look of this planter. We bought one last year to transplant a cactus plant and knew we wanted another when we bought a Sago Palm plant this year. The look great and the fiberglass means it’s very durable.

Bought 2...both cracked within two winters

I live in the northeast. I purchased them in the northeast. Product stated it is good with cold, snow, rain, etc. Really upset that both cracked after two winters (and the second one is not yet over). Not worth the money unless you want to use them indoors or live in a warmer climate. Complete lies that they are good in snow & cold.

Beautiful But Poor Quality

Way too expensive for what it is. The planter is beautiful but after only two months of sitting on a patio it is cracking as you can see in this picture. There are hairline cracks all over the planter which are just continuing to spread. I haven’t even moved it. It just doesn’t have the quality for this price, and for how long it’s lasted quite frankly I wouldn’t even spend $10 on this

This is an attractive, lightweight concrete planter. The construction makes moving the planter around easier than if it were full-thickness concrete. The outside surface looks sort of like an old pot and the color goes with almost any plant. Inside of the planter has a smooth surface.

This is a gorgeous planter. It is lightweight but looks heavy and has such a great concrete type finish. The detail on the pot is really cool. I bought this one with the matching larger size and they look so nice together. With other large planters I have used empty plastic water bottles or cut up pool noodles in the bottom to keep the weight down when adding dirt and plants. If you plan to use these for annuals that don't need lots of root space, I highly recommend that. Otherwise, if you plan to use it for a more substantial plant, there is plenty of room. The bottom hole has a removable plug for drainage.

Ordered the unearth pot to transplant a crown of thorns that had outgrown its pot. The pot is made in Cambodia and was delivered well packaged and undamaged in shipment. It is a nice size, fairly light weight, and has a drain hole in the bottom. The pot has an earthy attractive appearance and appears durable enough to hold up well to the outside elements and repotting. It would have been nice had it included a saucer to collect water underneath but the pot overall exceeded my expectations in appearance and durability.

Flakes and peels after just a few months outdoors

So sorry I bought these. They are beautiful when new, but within 3-5 months outdoors - even in a shady, dry area atop a brick wall, the outher layer started to flake and peel so that they now look awful. I contacted the company who produces these "Southern Patio" aka Ames, wondering if I could get a credit for another prduct. They said no - "there is no longer any warranty coverage on your planters." Home Depot should stop selling these imho.

Great pot with great neutral colors that blend into most surroundings. It is short and wide, great for low plants or strawberries. The pot is relatively light, made of a fiberglass-cement-like material and has a drainage hole at the bottom. The hole has a plug in it that can be left in or removed. It is breathable but not as breathable as plain terracotta. The pot arrived in good condition and was packaged in styrofoam. This pot is made in Cambodia.

I am very pleased with my new 16” x 11” fiberglass planter by UNEARTHED. The fiberglass material is a blend of stone and resin giving the pot substantial heaviness, weighing 14lbs. The color is subtly shaded between a gray and taupe displaying a more natural look, and with the added ridges and grooves. This a perfect planter for flower arrangements or growing lettuce, herbs or plants. I also have the matching tall planter and will be arranging them both together come spring and summer. Proper drainage is always an important part of growing plants in soil, so having the drain plug is an added plus. The planter arrived in good condition and was packaged in Styrofoam.
